I am a registered nurse!

Hello all, I just thought I would inform you all that I PASSED my nursing boards! I checked online last night and it said "pass". So, now I can relax, ooofdah. I finally feel like the school life is over, no more studying non-stop!!!! Now I have about a week break and start my 10 week orientation on Monday the 26th. Thank you all for praying for me and supporting me through it all! I love you all! So, yip yip, I'm done! It's so weird, I guess I can say I'm a nurse now, haha, cool.

Mommy and Me

I don't really like CFDMD, but we're out of Diet Coke!!!!

Hey guys.....I just updated recently, but I thought I'd do it again. I was inspired by some of you who gave good updates recently.

Wait a minute.....I have nothing to update!!! I am the same, blah.

I am still studying, this is the week of un-fun-ness and waiting waiting waiting. I am studying now, just taking a lil' break.

On Sunday, my whole family plus Chris and Jenny went out to eat at Macaroni Grill, did I already write about this? I hope not. Dad will have worked at IBM 25 years this Thursday and therefore he gets to take people out to eat as a gift, so he took us all out to eat noodles. First we had yummy bread, mmm mmm. Then I got spaghetti, it was soooooo good, I would get it again. Also, you can draw on the table cloths there, so we doodled a lot and tried to draw pictures of each other.

Yesterday, Monday, I studied a lot, like all morning until like 5 or something....ahh, my brain. Then mom made a cute lil' supper for her and I and then we went and watched Gavin and Dad play softball for church. Sadly, we lost by 4 I think.....sadness. We've always had like the best team in the league for years and years, ever since I can remember, but I think the team is starting to break up a bit and new people are coming, I guess it can't last forever! But, they're still good, its' always fun to watch. After that we played b-ball outside and such and then Chris and I went to X-man III. I have only seen parts of the 1st one, so I thought I'd be bored or a little lost, but I wasn't. I thought it was really good and I liked it a lot, whoot whoot. It was fun.

And now, here I am, waiting for Saturday to be over with. Today, in like an hour, I need to go take Gavin to Northgate for driver's ed, wow, seems like I was just doing that. Then I will work out at some point and go pick him up at 4. Then I will study for the rest of the day. Ya know the sick part about all this studying? Even though it seems like I'm doing a lot, I'm really not, I will not even get close to finishing all that I am supposed to finish before the test. But jeesh, there'e nothing more I can do! I'd need like another three months or something, and I am not studying for that long! BLAHHHHH.

Okay, I will not talk about that anymore, but if you are dying for more details on my studying you can email me and I will give you a very descriptive version of what I've done so far, heehee.

MMMkay, better get back to my stuff. Hope you all are having a good week. Adios.

Sincerely, Brianna

Read my blog, you'll like it.

I just tried to put something cool in my blog, but the website wouldn't work, even though it said it would!

Well, not much new with me, just studying for the NCLEX and fitting in more fun things here and there. I'm tired of learning lots of stuff in short amounts of time, but I'm trying.

I'm excited though, so take this test and, hopefully, be done studying nursing for a while. I know I'll still be learning, but not for hours at a time, reading out of a book.

I don't know what God has planned for me in the next couple weeks here, but I'm excited to find out. His thoughts and ways are higher than mine, which is a good thing, such a very good thing. It's such a relief to remember that I can relax and be content in knowing the creator of the world has throughly thought out my life and I can be confident in His plan for me!

Last week, on Saturday, two very awesome people who I have the pleasure of knowing, married each other! Congratulations Jeff and Kels! I got to be a bride's maid and stand up there in church and be a part of the wedding. What a cool experience. It went so well, I don't it could have been better. It was fun to be with Kelsey all day and help her get ready and hang out with the other girls. It went so smooth. Casey and Heather were there to run around and "attend" to things and they did a very good job. The wedding was beautiful and very touching. The reception was fun and so was the dance. Kelsey had people sing songs with the word "love" in them in order for her and Jeff to kiss (insted of the glass tinkling thing). This plan seemed to backfire, because people had a blast singing songs (i.e. my finace, heehee) Chris sang at least 4 songs by himself, what a hoot, he was microphone happy. It's funny, I would rather shoot myself in the head than sing alone in a microphone, but Chris is trying to think of as many love songs as he can so that he can keep going up and singing alone in the microphone. Heehee, we're a lot alike, but I also love how we're so different too, it's entertaining that way :) Kels and Jeff, I think, are back from their honeymoon today or tomorrow. So, now, they shall finally live together in their cute condo.

Yesterday and today were pretty fun, in between reading my NCLEX book. Mom, Susan and I went to Westfire to eat lunch! It was yummy and fun to see Susan. I also got to hang out with Chris for a lot of time, like for more than 2 hours at a time, so that was nice. I don't think we went anywhere really, but I have the best time with him in whatever we're doing. Today, he attacked me in the yard and I got grass stains. No one could hear my cries for help and I had to climb to the top of the monkey bars for safety. I tried very hard to chuck him in the grass, but I cannot. I need to go lift more weights so I can have a fighting chance. Heehee.

Today my fam., Chris, and I went to Nate Dietzman's grad. party. It was fun. Congrats Nate. I'm so proud! Later, Jenny came over and we all got pizza, except Gavin, who was out crashing grad. parties with his friends. Fifteen years olds....jeesh. Gotta love 'em. It's that year before they can drive that they get really creative with what they can do and where they can go on foot.

Later tonight, a little bit ago, Gavin and I watched Glory Road, good movie, you should watch it.
Now, I am very sleepy, I am so excited to get all cozy in bed and watch TV for like 5 minutes and then fall asleep.

Tomorrow shall be Sunday school, church, studying, and out to Macaroni Grill with Mom, Dad, Brice, Jenny, Gavin, Chris, and I. My dad gets this meal free for all of us as a gift for working at IBM for 25 years as of this coming Thursday. Congratulations Dad!

Well, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and week to come. May God bless you and keep you safe and healthy.....and heal those with mono :(

Love you all!
